She's wearing a wig in this picture. Honestly, I'm not entirely sure whether her blue-and-pink ponytails are ribbons or thin strips of (fake) hair, but the main part of it is platinum blonde with pinkish-purplish tips regardless of the lighting. Meanwhile, her actual hair is plain black.
 
Did you intentionally choose a red hair clip to compliment the blue parts of your hair?

I have no idea man. I haven't even watched it yet. [I do plan on doing so though] I just saw this character's design and she screamed everything that appeals to my fashion sense, so I had to make her an avatar.
