The providers ("we", "us", "our") of the service provided by this web site ("Service") are not responsible for any user-generated content and accounts. Content submitted express the views of their author only.

This Service is only available to users who are at least 13 years old. If you are younger than this, please do not register for this Service. If you register for this Service, you represent that you are this age or older.

All content you submit, upload, or otherwise make available to the Service ("Content") may be reviewed by staff members. All Content you submit or upload may be sent to third-party verification services (including, but not limited to, spam prevention services). Do not submit any Content that you consider to be private or confidential.

You agree to not use the Service to submit or link to any Content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, likely to offend, contains adult or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise violates any laws. You are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from, that Content or your conduct.

We may remove or modify any Content submitted at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion. We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

You are granting us with a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or re-publish your Content in connection with the Service. You retain copyright over the Content.

Bulbagarden app

The official Bulbagarden app is part of the services covered by these Terms. By using the Bulbagarden app, you agree to these Terms.

The app may provide access to Bulbagarden and Bulbapedia content, news, wiki articles, search, favorites, recently viewed articles, feedback, advertisements, and optional ad-free subscriptions.

The app may display advertisements in article screens, wiki article screens, news feed areas, or other app areas. Advertisements help support the app and related services.

The app may offer optional paid subscriptions that remove advertisements from the app while the subscription is active. An ad-free subscription does not create a user account and does not guarantee access to additional content beyond advertisement removal unless stated in the app.

Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on your device and store account. Prices, billing periods, taxes, renewal terms, and payment methods are shown by the relevant app store before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled according to the rules of the store where the subscription was purchased. You can cancel your subscription through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

After cancellation, ad-free access normally continues until the end of the current paid subscription period.

If you reinstall the app or move to a new device, you may be able to restore your purchase through the app or through the store account used for the original purchase. Restoration depends on the Apple App Store, Google Play, and our subscription management provider successfully confirming your subscription status.

Refunds are handled by the store where the purchase was made. For Apple App Store purchases, refund requests are handled by Apple. For Google Play purchases, refund requests are handled by Google Play.

App features, advertisements, subscriptions, store products, and external services may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable from time to time. We may update, change, suspend, or remove app features where needed.

If you send feedback through the app, you agree that we may use it to understand issues, improve the app, and develop future features. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the feedback form.

These terms may be changed at any time without notice.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not register or use the Service. Use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you wish to close your account, please contact us.

Bulbagarden rules

As with any community, rules and guidelines are important to keep the community running smoothly. Please keep in mind our rules whenever posting to keep our community pleasant for members and guests alike.

Access to the community is a privilege, not a right, and members who continually breach these rules will find themselves limited or removed from the community, regardless of the other contributions they have made.
