Part 2 of the Solve the Case! Costume Event returns to Pokémon Masters EX until March 24th

2023's Solve the Case! Costume event continues with the return of Part 2 of the event today in Pokémon Masters EX.

Costume Event: Solve the Case! (Part 2)
Following on the conclusion of the mystery game hosted by Pasio's founder Lear, the players are confronted with a real case, with the disappearance of Guzma's partner Pokémon Golisopod thanks to a thief calling themselves "the Phantom Imaginate". The event is available in-game now, and will be running until March 24th, at 10:59pm (PDT).

By completing battles during this event, players can earn Event Voucher Q items, which can be exchanged for a variety of valuable items, including 5★ Scout Tickets, and a Tech Move Candy Coin. Players can also obtain Gems for completing special missions during the event. Players can claim these rewards even if they have previously completed the event during the original run between April 13th and May 2nd, 2023.

As usual for events of this type, players will receive bonus rewards if they take on event battles using teams that feature specific sync pairs. The more of these sync pairs that players place in their lineup, the greater the bonus received. The applicable sync pairs and reward rates are as follows:

• Zinnia (Special Costume) & Thievul, Lyra (Special Costume) & Phanpy: +60% (x1.6) bonus rewards
• Steven (Special Costume) & Stoutland, Shauna (Special Costume) & Klefki, Looker & Croagunk, Emma & Crobat: +40% (x1.4) bonus rewards
• All other sync pairs with either the Hoenn or Kalos Theme Skills: +20% (x1.2) bonus rewards

These bonuses stack additively, so having a team consisting of Zinnia (Special Costume) & Thievul, Lyra (Special Costume) & Phanpy, and Steven (Special Costume) & Stoutland would grant a combined +160% (x2.6) rewards.

Players should also note the following when playing this event:

• The number of plays available for Daily Extreme Battle 1 are reset every day at 10:00pm (PST).
• To participate, players must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
• The sync pairs that appear as opponents in battle have different capabilities than those players can actually obtain.
• All mission completion rewards must be claimed within three days of the mission period ending.
• Leftover Event Voucher Q items will be automatically converted to coins at a rate of 10 coins per item at the end of the event, and sent to players' Present Boxes
