You're about 20px over the height limit so yes, it's too tall sadly! To give you an idea of how much you'll need to remove, taking out the very bottom links (which would also remove the space above them) would put you at around 160 (our limit).

I changed my sig (again) so I made the picture bigger since I removed all of the text and put a single line under it, I assume it’s too big but idk by how much
 
I haven't seen a maximum width mentioned anywhere. Is any width allowed?
