Pokémon Scarlet and Violet are celebrating Japan's Golden Week of holidays with a selection of Mass Outbreaks and Tera Raids running from this Friday April 26th at Midnight (UTC), through until Monday May 6th at 11:59pm (UTC).
The 2024 edition of the Catch a Million charity marathon is continuing all week, with more than two dozen separate streamers (and counting!) taking part in the event. Lists of all streamers currently live can be found on the Tiltify page for the event, as well as by searching for #catchamillion on Twitch.
A limited-time distribution of an Iron Hands was announced for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet during the livestream of the 2024 Season Pokémon Europe International Championships. This Iron Hands is based on the one used by Marco Silva in their Masters division victory at the 2023 Latin American Pokémon International Championships. This distribution will remain available only until April 8th, at 11:59pm (UTC).
The Pokémon Europe International Championships are taking place this weekend at the enormous ExCeL Centre in London, England. Fans will be able to catch all the action via livestreams on the various official Pokémon Twitch and YouTube channels, as some of the world's most talent trainers compete in the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet Video Games, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, Pokémon GO, and Pokémon UNITE to qualify for a place at the 2024 Pokémon World Championships, which this year being held in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's Ranked Battles Season 17 has now begun, and will run through to April 30th, at 11:59pm (UTC). This latest season continues under the Regulation Set F format which launched at the beginning of this year.
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet's Ranked Battles Regulation Set G will come into force with the start of the next Season on May 1st, running through to August 31st at 11:59pm (UTC). This new regulation set expands the list of allowable Pokémon to include a variety of Legendary, Paradox, and Mythical Pokémon.
The next past generation first partner evolution to appear in special Tera Raids in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet will be the Herb Pokémon Meganium, who will be making its first appearance in 7-star Black Crystal Tera Raid Battles between April 5th at Midnight (UTC), and April 7th at 11:59pm (UTC), with a follow-up appearance one week later from April 12th at Midnight (UTC), and April 14th at 11:59pm (UTC).
Speedcon will be holding the 2024 edition of their on-site marathon out of "Club Spartacus" at the Freiland Potsdam in Potsdam, Germany over this Easter weekend, from March 29th to March 31st. A run of Pokémon Scarlet/Violet will feature in the event, which can be watched from the event's Twitch channel.

These raids will be available starting Friday March 22nd at midnight (UTC), and will run through until Sunday March 24th at 11:59pm (UTC).

This Pokémon is based off of Liko's Sprigatito from Pokémon Horizons: The Series, which recently made its US debut on Netflix. This distribution will remain available until September 30th, at 11:59pm (UTC) / 4:59pm (PDT).
Registration for Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet's 2024 Global Challenge III Online Competition will open next week on March 21st at Midnight (UTC). Registration will remain open until the end of the month, with the competition itself scheduled to run from March 29th, at Midnight (UTC) through to March 31st, at 11:59pm (UTC).
The special distribution of Pawmot which was announced for Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet late last week has now commenced. This Pawmot, which is based on Nemona's Pawmot as seen in the music video of the YOASOBI song Biri-Biri, is being released to celebrate the song's physical CD & LP release in Japan. This distribution will remain available to redeem until February 28th next year.

Battles for the Global Challenge 2024 II Online Competition, announced back in mid-February, have now also commenced, with the competition itself scheduled to run through to March 3rd, at 11:59pm (UTC). Both Season 16 and the Online Competition follow the current Regulation Set F format.
As announced during today's Pokémon Presents video presentation, the three fully evolved first partner Pokémon of the Kanto region will be appearing in special Tera Raids in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet in a special celebration of Pokémon Day. These raids will run between Wednesday February 28th at Midnight (UTC), and Sunday March 17th, at 23:59pm (UTC).

Six separate speedruns of Pokémon games are set to feature in the 2024 European Speedrunner Assembly (ESA) Winter event, which is taking place from February 17th to February 24th across two streams from Malmö, Sweden. This year's event will be raising money for Alzheimerfonden, the Swedish Alzheimer’s Foundation. The event can watched from ESA's official website, or via its main and secondary Twitch channels.

As with the 2022 Pokemon World Championships and 2023 Pokémon Europe International Championships which were also held at this venue, a pop-up Pokémon Center store will be available at the event, selling a wide variety of Pokémon products, including a range of items themed around the International Championships.
