Hey, if it works it works and this one came to my head easier :p. Besides, Terastal should probably be along the lines of Hidden Power within this game's rules (not allowed because it's too easy and cheap), since Arceus isn't allowed to use its plates and the Eelektross line is banned which by extenstion probably means that Tera Electric Pokemon with Air Balloon should be disallowed as well.
