Sirfetch’d joins the fray in Pokémon UNITE

Sirfetch’d is the latest Pokémon to join the fray in Pokémon UNITE. Sirfetch'd is a Melee All-Rounder with Expert difficulty that deals Physical damage, and can be purchased from the in-game shop for

790 Aeos Gems.

Players who purchase Sirfetch'd's Unite license during the first week will receive a special Unite Snapshot background. As is usual for a new Pokémon release, a new set of Holowear has also been made available, with Gardening Style: Sirfetch'd now available in Zirco Trading for

890 Aeos Gems. This Holowear features Audio/Visual FX for Movement.

Players can obtain Sirfetch'd's Unite license via the Spring-Green Duel Challenge until February 24th, where players can complete missions to obtain special coins which can be exchanged for a variety of prizes. Players can use the code SIRFETCHD in the in-game gift exchange to receive a 3-day rental license for Sirfetch'd.

Sirfetch'd Moves Overview​

Sirfetch'd starts off as Galarian Farfetch'd and evolves into Sirfetch'd at Level 5. It has the ability Steadfast, which reduces the duration of hindrance effects on itself while its shield is active, and increases the critical-hit rate upon hitting an opposing Pokémon.

Sirfetch'd's first move slot consists of Dual Wingbeat, which can upgrade into Fury Cutter or Leaf Blade. Dual Wingbeat deals damage by slashing with its leek. Fury Cutter jabs opponents with the sharp stalk of its leek. Leaf Blade has the user jab with the sharp stalk of its leek and has the user dash forward and slash horizontally if the move hits.

Sirfetch'd's second move slot consists of Quick Attack, which can upgrade into Brutal Swing or Detect. Quick Attack has the user swiftly charge toward opposing Pokémon and receive a shield effect. Feint Attack deals damage by throwing its tough leek-leaf shield at opponents. The leek leaf shield returns in an arc and grants a shield effect. Detect has the user ready its leek-leaf shield and nullifies attacks for a short amount of time. On using the move again, the user dashes and deals damage.

Sirfetch'd's Unite Move is Lunging Leek Nova Blast, which has the "Dash" effect. The user readies its leek and then charges in the designated direction, dealing damage and shoving opponents. The user then causes an explosion, dealing damage to nearby opposing Pokémon.
