Runs of two Pokémon games to feature in RPG Limit Break 2026 benefitting the National Alliance on Mental Illness

The 2026 edition of RPG Limit Break is set to go live from May 17th to May 23rd. The event will be taking place both online, and out of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Denver Tech Center in Denver, Colorado. Like all RPG Limit Break marathons, it will be raising money for the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI). Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Gold are both scheduled to be run at the event, which can be watched on Twitch.

RPG Limit Break is a series of speedrunning events that have been held since 2015. As its name suggests, it is dedicated to showcasing runs of role-playing games. In addition to their flagship event, their channel has also played host to many RPG-focused community events, such as Questing For Glory or various randomizer leagues for Final Fantasy tames. Their events have cumulatively raised around a million USD for charity.
