Poké Fair Scouts
Sygna Suit Ingo & Chandelure's Poké Fair Scout will run from October 30th, at 11:00pm (PDT), and Sygna Suit Emmet & Eelektross' Poké Fair Scout will commence two days later on November 1st, at 11:00pm (PDT). Both Scouts will run through until November 17th, at 9:59pm (PST). These fair-exclusive sync pairs are expected to both be released with an expanded sync grid, the ability to be raised to 6★ EX, and the ability to unlock an EX Role when raised to 6★ EX.
Sygna Suit Ingo & Chandelure are a Ghost-type Sprint Role Sync Pair, who apparently specializes in inflicting status conditions and interference. They will also be able to activate a variety of effects depending on which status condition and interference is currently affecting opponents. Exactly which status conditions, interference, and effects they can inflict and activate have not been specified in this initial trailer.
Sygna Suit Emmet & Eelektross are an Electric-type Field Role Sync Pair, with the ability to apply an Unova Circle (Defensive) Field Effect. This Field Effect can be expected to powers up the special attack and sync moves of the player's team by 5%, while reducing all attack move and Sync Move damage received by allies (from both physical and special moves) by 10%. These values should be boosted when the team includes additional Sync Pairs with the Unova Theme skill, up to a maximum of 20% power-up and 25% damage reduction. Sygna Suit Emmet & Eelektross also have synergy with Sygna Suit Ingo & Chandelure, being able to activate a variety of effects depending on which status condition and interference is currently affecting opponents.
More information on these sync pairs can be found on Bulbapedia closer to their release.
