High Score Event: Fighting and Steel Conqueror
Fighting and Steel Conqueror is the latest High Score Event in Pokémon Masters EX, in which Trainers can attempt to score the highest amount possible within a set of five battles. Fighting and Steel Conqueror once again will see players facing off against trainers from two different types, with this event's gauntlet including Hala, Bea, Poppy, Rose, and Jasmine. By completing battles in this event and achieving a higher total score, players will be able to earn a variety of rewards, including 5★ Power-Ups, Certificates of Excellence, Move Candy and Roll Cake Coins, and Skill Feathers. The normal amount of rewards for High Score Events has also received a boost for the five-year anniversary celebrations.
Players can also obtain Gems ×100, Fighting Tome, Vol. 1 ×60, Fighting Codex, Vol. 1 ×60, Steel Tome, Vol. 1 ×60, and Steel Codex, Vol. 1 ×60 as first-time rewards for completing each battle.
Each High Score Event comes with a set of Event Rules that apply to all battles, and serve as a set of conditions to evaluate how players have completed each battle. The ratings on each of these rules determine the player's base score for each battle. The rules for Fighting and Steel Conqueror are as follows:
- Time Trial - Players will obtain a higher score depending on how fast they can complete each battle.
- More stat increases - Players will obtain a higher score the more times all allied sync pairs' stats have been raised in total when a battle is completed. For sync pairs whose HP dropped to 0 during the battle, the number of stat increases that sync pair had when they were knocked out will be counted.
- More stat decreases - Players will obtain a higher score depending on the total percentage of all allied sync pairs' HP remaining when a battle is completed.
- Flinching: 1 or more times - Players will receive a bonus 1,000 to their base score by inflicting the Flinching interference on an opponent 1 or more times.
- Gym Leader or Seasonal Outfit - Players will receive a bonus 1,000 to their base score by forming a team with 1 or more characters with the Gym Leader or Seasonal Outfit Theme Skills.
- 0 Pairs: ×0 Score
- 1 Pair: ×1 Score
- 2 Pairs: ×2 Score
- 3 Pairs: ×3 Score
Three of the five battles in this particular High Score Event also have additional special rules:
- VS Hala: Five stats of allied strike sync pairs significantly reduced - Allied strike sync pairs' Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, and Speed are lowered by 80%.
