English dub of POKÉTOON short, “My Gogoat Journey”, now available on YouTube

The English and other western dubs of the fourth episode of the second season of the POKÉTOON series have been released on the official Pokémon YouTube channels. Titled "My Gogoat Journey", it features a boy and a Gogoat who become friends while racing through the city.

The English cast for this episode includes Ryan Bartley and Jenny Yokobori.

One day, an aloof boy named Julian meets a mysterious Gogoat with a scar on its forehead. To Julian’s surprise, the Gogoat suddenly hoists him onto its back and carries him across the city, hopping up balconies and leaping across rooftops as it races toward its destination. Julian is confused—where is Gogoat taking him?

This short has also been released in the following languages: Dutch, French, German, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, European Spanish, and Latin American Spanish.

The short was originally released in Japanese on October 9th, 2024. While this is counted as the second season of shorts, titled POKÉTOON 2024, on the Japanese channel, it was added to the same playlist on the English and western YouTube channels. Episodes from the second season originally had English subtitles added directly to the Japanese uploads.

 

So glad we're getting more of these shorts officially dubbed- Hope that one with Chansey and the Safari Zone Warden' niece gets dubbed if it hasn't already (subs are decent enough at least).
