Pigs are flying for April Fools with Lechonk distributions from select Pokémon retail partners in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, and NZ

As part of Pokémon Company International's ongoing Discover Pokémon Together: Lechonk event, which oh so coincidentally also overlaps with the celebration of April Fools Day, select stores across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand will be distributing free code cards for a Flying–Tera Type Lechonk that can be redeemed in Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet. Lechonk promotional cards for the Pokémon Trading Card Game will also be available in select stores as a bonus with a certain minimum purchase of Pokémon TCG products.

These distributions have already started in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Ireland, running through until April 15th in these countries. Fans in Australia and New Zealand will need to wait a little longer, with distributions set to start from April 6th, running through to April 20th. Both code cards and TCG promo cards will only be available while stocks last.

Code cards to redeem Flying–Tera Type Lechonk can be obtained at GameStop stores in the United States and Canada, GAME stores in the United Kingdom, and Ireland, and EB Games stores in Australia and New Zealand. No purchase is necessary to receive these code cards, however these cards will only be available in retail stores.

Lechonk TCG promotional cards will be available at a wider selection of locations, as a bonus with a minimum purchase of $USD 15 / $CAD 15 / £GBP 15 / 15€ / $AUD15 / $NZD 15:

• United Kingdom: WHSmith high street stores, Smyths Toys Superstores, Waterstones, Toymaster

These promo cards will be available for purchases in physical locations and online for fans in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, however fans in the United Kingdom or Ireland will only be able to receive these cards at physical retail stores.
