It's a little over 3 weeks out from the broadcast of The Game Awards 2024, and the nominees for the event have finally been announced. Only one Pokémon title was nominated for an award this year, with Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket picking up a nomination for Best Mobile Game.

In celebration the Eevee Week 2024 event in Pokémon Sleep that launched in-game today, and in commemoration of the special A Sylveon Bedtime Story that was posted earlier this week by The Official Pokémon YouTube channel, a special gift of a Sylveon Incense is now being distributed to all Sleep Researchers. This gift can be redeemed by anyone who logs in to the game before November 25th, at 2:59pm (UTC) / 6:59am (PST).

Dexio and his sync partner Espeon make their debut in Pokémon Masters EX today, in a limited-time Poké Fair Scout alongside the ongoing Mysterious Kalos Duo Story Event. This scout is available in-game now, and will run through to December 5th at 9:59pm (PST).

A limited-time distribution of a Special Illustration Rare Pikachu ex from the Surging Sparks expansion for the Pokémon Trading Card Game Live was announced during the Day 1 livestream of the 2025 Pokémon Latin America International Championships. This distribution will remain available only until November 24th, at 9:00am (UTC).

A limited-time distribution of a Shiny Pelipper was announced for Pokémon Scarlet and Violet during the Day 1 livestream of the 2025 Pokémon Latin America International Championships. This Shiny Pelipper is based on the one used by Patrick Connors in his winning team in the Masters division of last year's Pokémon North American International Championships. This distribution will remain available only until November 22nd, at 11:59pm (UTC).

A second update today on the Pokémon Trading Card Game's official Japanese homepage has revealed a range of new and reprinted cards from the upcoming Terastal Fest ex subset, including the new Treasure Gadget ACE SPEC item card, regular and SR prints of the Friends in Paldea Supporter card, and new SAR prints of a variety of popular Pokémon ex cards. These cards will be released in Japan in the upcoming Terastal Fest ex subset, which comes out early next month on December 6th. These cards will be released internationally on January 17th, 2025, in Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions.

Sina, the assistant of Professor Sycamore, is making their Pokémon Masters EX debut today with her partner Glaceon in a Poké Fair Scout that launches alongside the new Mysterious Kalos Duo Story Event. Both the Event and Scout will continue until December 5th, at 9:59pm (PST).

Today's update on the Pokémon Trading Card Game's official Japanese homepage has revealed a range of new and reprinted cards from the upcoming Generations Start Decks, which will be released in Japan next Friday on November 22nd.

Pokémon Sleep's Eevee Week 2024 event will start on November 18th. A selection of special Eevee Week 2024 Bundles will be made available from the in-game store from November 17th, at 4:00am (UTC). These bundles will remain available until one day after the end of the event, on Tuesday November 26th, at 3:59am (UTC).

Dua Lipa, the English and Albanian singer and songwriter, recently released their new album Radical Optimism. The song Illusion, which featured on that album, has been featured in a special short video in collaboration with Pokémon Sleep, which has been released via The Official Pokémon YouTube channel.

After more than three months of waiting, the first two "Trade Remix" songs of the Project VOLTAGE collaboration between Pokémon and the Vocaloid character Hatsune Miku, iyowa's version of inabakumori's Electricity Forecast, and inabakumori's rendition of iyowa's Journey's Prequels, Journey's Traces, are now set to release. The music videos are set to premiere on each artist's official YouTube channel, with Electricity Forecast (sparking remix) going live tomorrow, Wednesday November 13th, at 6:30pm (JST) / 9:30am (UTC) / 1:30am (PST). Journey's Prequels, Journey's Traces (wandering remix) will then premiere half an hour later.

The latest video on the Japanese official Pokémon Card Channel has revealed a new Seaking card that will be released in the upcoming Terastal Fest ex subset, which comes out in Japan early next month on December 6th. We can expect to see this card released internationally on January 17th, 2025, in Scarlet & Violet—Prismatic Evolutions.

The next past generation first partner evolution to appear in special Tera Raids in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet will be the Continent Pokémon Torterra, which will be making its first appearance in 7-star Black Crystal Tera Raid Battles between November 15th midnight (UTC) / November 14th at 4:00pm (PST), and November 17th at 11:59pm (UTC) / 3:59pm (PST). This will be followed by a second appearance one week later from November 22nd at midnight (UTC) / 7th at 4:00pm (PST), to November 24th at 11:59pm (UTC) / 3:59pm (PST). Blissey will also be appearing more frequently in 5-star Tera Raid Battles during the second weekend of this event.

The Academy Founding Chapter, which began towards the end of Pokémon Masters EX's five-year anniversary celebrations earlier this year, continues today with the launch of a brand new Event, Academy Founding Chapter: Great Infernal Arrival, and the debut of Eri & Annihilape in a new Poké Fair Scout. Both the Event and Scout will continue until November 26th, at 9:59pm (PST).

The second part of Pokémon TCG Pocket's Wonder Pick Event is now available. With this update come an additional set of special missions, as well as a selection of new limited-time items to the in-game store. The Wonder Pick Event will continue through to November 14th, at 9:59pm (PST).

Pokémon Masters EX is today debuting the latest of its Ultimate Battle challenges, this time featuring Nemona, the Champion-ranked Trainer from Paldea in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.

Pokémon Sleep will once again be celebrating Eevee Day on November 21st with a week-long in-game event commencing Monday November 18th at 4:00am local time, and running through to Monday November 25th at 3:59am local time. Eevee Day has been celebrated since 2018 on November 21 (11/21), which is goroawase for "i-i-bu-i", Eevee's Japanese name. The day is certified by the Japan Anniversary Association.

Having not even finished its first two events yet, Pokémon TCG Pocket is already launching its third in-game event today, Genetic Apex Emblem Event 1. This event will run through to November 27th, at 9:59pm (PST), and offers players the opportunity to acquire emblems to set on their in-game player profiles.

Pokémon Masters EX's latest High Score Event, Fighting and Steel Conqueror, is launching today alongside 5★-Select Type and Double Feature Poké Fair Scouts featuring Sync Pairs useful for challenging the event. Both the event and the accompanying scouts will run through to November 19th, at 9:59pm (PST).

In an update letter posted to the Official Pokémon Forums, the Pokémon TCG Live Development Team have outlined changes to the game's Battle Pass and Ranked Ladder systems that will be arriving this week alongside Surging Sparks; as well a revamp to the in-game economy in a planned update coming next month on December 13th.
