Veronica Taylor has been the voice of the main hero of Pokemon, Ash Ketchum, since the first episode of the series aired eight years ago. She has also voiced Ash's mother, Delia Ketchum, since the beginning. When the Advanced Generation series began airing in the States in 2004, Veronica once again stepped up and took on the voice of the leading heroine, May. She has also voiced various background roles on occasion. Other shows Veronica has contributed to are Slayers (Ameila), Kareshi Kanojo no Jijyo (Yukino Miyazawa), Tama and Friends (Amy), Fighting Foodons (Clawdia), and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (April).

Lindsay B. - I have always been a fan of Veronica Taylor. Her vocal range amazes me; listen to a conversation between May and Ash and you'll hear her talent in first person. The amount of work that she has put into these two main roles must be incredible, and I can't imagine what it would be like to hear another voice coming from Ash's mouth. If you've ever doubted her, listen to Ash when he wants to save Pikachu from trouble. You can hear the heart in his screams. I don't think anyone else could feel that better than Veronica can. If Veronica were to be replaced, Ash and May wouldn't have the same feel that they do now. The series could not be the same series that everyone has grown to love.
